well over 100 times but STILL have moments of slight to medium anxiety on the plane when it goes through turbulent areas. Turbulence is normal. As normal as the flapping wings of an aircraft. The annual injury report seems to be about 50 ppl out of about 2 billion fliers, & most of those were ppl ignoring seat belt signs &/or walking about the cabin. Reading about flying from actual airplane captains is quite reassuring. As for those flapping wings... that's their job. If they were stiff, they'd have blown off.
