Because it helps the people who don't know all the details. And frankly, I thought the first episode was pretty darn good. Not a lot of action, but there is already enough to set up a promising narrative which involves a character we have not met: Time Cop Killer Loki...or is this killer actually Kang? Is the kid in the church a Kid Loki? I even like the friendly jabs at Hiddles's "I Heart TS" t-shirt faux and his tendency to talk too much. Where was that? Owen Wilson never says it directly, but Loki makes a reference to his own self-love and Wilson says like, "I love it, slap it on a t-shirt."
