Wouldn't care to even guess, according to the question's wording: most logbooks kept by pilots do not contain a column for "Number of Flights, in passenger planes"...almost all my piloting was in aircraft having at least two seats; the exceptions, then, were the single seat Gliders! Pilots' proof of current experience, via logbook entries, are primarily interested in aircraft category/class/type, number of takeoffs/landing, day/night, flight conditions (VFR or IFR, real or simulated). I certainly never logged the total number of takeoffs/landings on any particular flight, including supervision of student(s). But, of a total flight time exceeding 12,000 hours, the vast majority of that was as an Instructor (Private Pilot through Airline Transport Pilot, Single and Multiengine).
Have I also flown, as a passenger on an Air Carrier? Yeah, occasionally, and on a couple specifics it turned out that one of the Flight Deck Crew just happened to be a former student!
