Damn, a lot of them look horrible. They have not been aging well (Matt LeBlanc). The only one that still looks fantastic is Jennifer Aniston. (OK, I admit that I used to have a bit of a crush on her--but still, she does look much better than the rest of that cast. They almost make it look like the 90s was 50 years ago.) Most of the cast members were in their mid-to-late 20's when they first started the show. I think Kudrow and Cox were the only ones who were 30 when it started.
