Putting aside the fact that it's not systemic racism when it happens to white people, FRIENDS wasn't criticized for not having P.O.C. in the main cast. It was criticized for only having P.O.C. guest roles on occasion (and only 3 were love interests). The shows you listed did have plenty of white guest roles. Even if they didn't have, they were sitcoms focused mainly on families and their inner dynamics. Most FRIENDS episodes revolved around dates and work. The 6 of them were constantly meeting new people outside their circle. It's not just a matter of giving minorities job opportunities; it's a matter of not being a realistic portrayal of New York (even during that time period). What part of "I'm not talking to you" didn't you get?
