I watched it mostly for Fred Savage (I'm a huge fan of the Wonder Years). If I'm not mistaken, that was actually the movie that debuted footage for Super Mario Brothers 3 (possibly the best NES game). I heard people actually watched the movie just to see the SMB3 footage.
