The third act of Scream 2 begins after the best character dies, leading to a generally disappointing climax.
Slows the movie down as we watch Bruce become Batman for the third time in one trilogy while logic flies away with a punch curing his crippling back injury and situps making him a match for Bane. Meanwhile, the Bane hostage situation is rushed and hamfisted in its politics. The movie continues to get worse and worse when Bruce finally returns to Gotham.
