I'm on E4. Victor says he wants to go to a cabin with Benji and his friends for the weekend. Isabel says she and Armando should discuss it first, but Victor calls her out for being apprehensive about his sexuality. Here's the thing, though: These are still teenagers, so it's normal for a parent to have doubts about an unsupervised getaway. The writers should've waited to use this idea in a later episode. One where Isabel has learned to fully support Victor. That way, during this scene, she would say "No, if you had a girlfriend, I would've reacted the same way."
