Hugh Beaumont in Apology For Murder (PRC Studio theft of Double Indemnity. Ward Cleaver played the Fred MacMurray role.)
MacMurray was great in the role. I grew up watching reruns of My Three Sons and the Disney film Follow Me Boys so this was a huge twist for me.
