Just what this team needs.
Unless he has a note from his doctor saying he is at risk of serious side effects from getting the vaccine, I think he is selfish. He doesn't care about anybody except himself.
What he is really saying is, "I refuse to get the vaccine. I don't care if I put others at risk. I don't care if I hurt my team. I just insist on being a selfish asshole. "
