American actress Joanne Linville has left us at the age of 93, on June 20th.
She acted in over 80 movie and television productions between 1950 and 2016.
She and actress Irene Gilbert co-founded the Stella Adler Academy in Los Angeles in 1985.
Among her movie credits are The Goddess 1958, Scorpio 1973, Gable and Lombard 1976, A Star Is Born 1976, The Seduction 1982 and James Dean 2001.
Notable among her many TV roles, she played the first female Romulan commander in the Star Trek episode The Enterprise Incident 1968.
