It's pretty good, though the villain is somewhat lacking. Pacing is solid, lots of great action set-pieces and Moore is on top form. Certainly the best Bond film since The Man With the Golden Gun came out some 7 years earlier. My main gripe is the soundtrack. I just didn't care for it in the slightest. In fact, it actually annoyed me. The soundtrack is your gripe? it was what? Late 70s early 80s when Abba was considered serious music... What were you expecting to hear exactly? Jay Z and Beyonce? I'm actually a big fond of 70s and 80s music and loved or liked the other Bond soundtracks from that era, but this one grated on my nerves for some reason. It just didn't click with me at all.
