I will never be tired of Joker. He is great, because you can do so much with him.

He is more than a gangster, he is a mirror mocking society. In Batman (1989) it is vanity, for example.

In The Dark Knight and Joker (2019) he isn't even portrayed as a gangster. In the former he is a domestic terrorist trying to break down the fabric of society and in Joker he is a random guy with mental problems.
