Honestly, Loki admitting that he's slept with both men and women makes sense considering his hedonistic ways. In fact it's pretty much expected. This should be less of an issue than his sex being fluid. That one only makes sense as far as Norse Mythology goes but not the MCU version of the character, or at least not unless there's more explanation provided.
