French-Belgian actor Fernand Guiot has left us at the age of 88, on June 26th.
A popular “face” of the cinema, he is maybe best known for his role of a stupid inspector of the Guide Duchemin in L'aile ou la cuisse (The Wing and the Tigh) 1976 by Claude Zidi.
For the big screen, he was recruited by Jean Girault (Panurge's Sheep), Robert Dhery (The American Beauty), Louis Malle (Thief), Marcel Camus (The Atlantic Wall), Philippe Labro (The heir) and Coluche (You Won't Have Alsace-Lorraine).
