Spotrac is one of my favorite sites and if you poke around, you'll find these types of arrangements for pretty much every team. Some are more egregious than others. The Strasburg one will probably sting at the end of the day. He's as talented as anyone else, and was instrumental in their WS run thus resulting in the contract reward he got, but he just cannot stay healthy and there's no reason to think he'll be able to right that ship any time soon.
