No it's not possible here, the freeforums are all bound to this sort of format. You'd need to create a whole new site and program it and host it somewhere else. Which would take a whole lot of computersmarts and a whole lot of time.
www.themoviedb.org/ for instance is trying to do that. Well they do do that, they just don't have much to any discussions on most boards.
