I'm not sure the movie was that self-aware. On the other hand, Last Stand wasn't directed by Singer, so easy target. Plus, the rest of the conversation is similarly pointed.

Speaking of X-Men, there are several jabs at Origins (as well as Green Lantern) in the Deadpool flicks.

I guess that makes more sense, but I thought they were just poking fun at themselves with that joke.
