No , the whole point would be the predators are going after humans or something and the aliens appear--and the predators have to deal with them for the first time.
That is way more interesting than having us see them use them as a canned hunting activity.
Even if we were to go with your angle do you seriously think the aliens would've gone undetected by Predators up until the movie year? The Predators are space travelers they would've interacted with aliens sooner or later. Plus the alien skull was in Predator 2 too.
