25th anniversary of "Independence Day" - July 3rd

I disliked it when it first came out because it wasn't innovative with FX--it was using miniatures and explosions and the ships reminded me of V. Nothing too impressive.


The aliens were kind of like War of the Worlds yet not quite.
And the Star Wars-like battle at the end.


I could watch it again but it is stupid movie.
