Never a penalty imo. Kane misses then converts the rebound. 2-1 England Now that I've seen it, I have to agree. Very, very soft penalty. I don’t know what the VAR people were thinking. It was in my opinion a lucky penalty. England looked like a team more capable of scoring goal for most part of the game but if the game went to penalties then Denmark would have had slightly better chance of winning.
