MCU is contractually obligated to make this crappy Spider-Kid movie. MCU wanted Spider-Kid in Civil War so that they could say they finally got Marvel Comics most iconic character in the MCU. Sony agreed to let MCU have Spider-Kid in Civil War only if MCU would make a Spider-Kid movie and Sony gets a percentage of the profits. That's why MCU has to make this crappy Spider-Kid movie.
