Wasn't Due Date accused by critics/people of being a ripoff of Planes, Trains, & Automobiles? This is like comparing E.T. to Mac and Me (cue someone creating a thread for that now). No it isn't. Due Date is considered much better than Mac and Me. Mac and Me is often considered one of the worst movies ever made.
