Someone else posted that comment on IMDB. I just re-posted it because I found it amusing that they would shoehorn in such an obvious fake political message.
It's the same with feminism. Disney doesn't give a fuck about women's rights anymore than Miramax did.
It makes for bad art.
It's inevitable.
There has to be some truth and sincerity somewhere in it for the thing to work.
