I’d never heard of Major Grom: Plague Doctor before, but of these options that seems the most up my alley. Plot synopsis kind of reminds me of mystery writer Paul Halter’s The Seventh Hypothesis (also about a murderer going around in a plague-doctor outfit), which like all Halter books I’ve read is better in concept than in execution.
