That is my issue with the original too. I like the first half of the remake more and the second half of the original more.

I'll add Amityville 2 to my watchlist.

I have seen Amityville 3-D, and wow, that movie is bad.

If you thought Amityville 3D was bad, you must not have seen the follow ups.
