You got three Hall of Famers for the Packers - - that's going to be tough to beat. The running back one is a good one. I'm trying to attempt a deeper dive myself. The time between Starr & Favre, I'd not like to simply brush aside either. Then again, I'm pretty sure every team has had gulfs of that nature. Just off the top of my head, I might say Dallas. Went from Don Meredith to Roger Staubach with Craig Morton backing Roger. Then Danny White, a capable QB. A very brief gap, if any from White to Aikman. Then a small gap to Romo (Quincy Carter?). Then Romo to Prescott. Yeah, not every one made the Super Bowl but except for a couple years, they had a quality QB. No gaping chasm like the Bills from Flutie to Allen or the Browns from Kosar to Mayfield
