NFL greatest SB era all-franchise QB unit?

Of the ones you listed I’d probably rank them Colts, Packers, and then 49ers. I’d say though that the 49ers had the highest peak - I’d rank the 1-2 punch of Montana and Young over Favre and Rogers or Manning and Luck.
