Highest floors? Buffalo Bills? Raiders, Cowboys...?

Lowest floors, yeah the Bills, Browns, Lions. But Cowboys? A low floor to me would be a Brady Quinn, Joey Harrington, JaMarcus Russell, Nate Peterman era. Dallas only had one brief time when they had Quincy Carter, Chad Hutchinson et al running the show.
