Yes, for the men's soccer tournament countries are not allowed to send their main team. I think it's the U-23 team with only two or three older players allowed. Still, very surprising to see Mexico beat France so comprehensively. The womens soccer is full strength. It is like the world cup without the crowds. Team USA just got thrashed by Sweden 3-0. That is embarrassing for the US Women team.
