I consider myself to be an ambassador for my fandom. I do my best to share what makes Marvel characters and the MCU so thrilling and unique to me with others. On the whole, I think most Marvel fans share the same ethos. Other fandoms, which shall remain nameless, tend to lean on their popularity and iconic stature from past decades. It's as if you're an idiot if you don't know and love their characters and stories via osmosis. This is why I'm not concerned with other fandoms beyond a casual interest and why I don't compare them to the MCU. God bless your fandom, may it rake in many dollars and break the Tomatometer every time out. I don't care about any of that; I would bleed to keep the red in the Marvel logo red because they've earned my allegiance. What I do insist on is an open and honest discussion of legitimate flaws in the MCU and fan grievances. SaveSaveI actually agree, and great post! Although I don't really find any legitimate flaws in the MCU.
