I have trouble talking to people some times, and I need to talk about this big person. And I don't know how to do that without sounding rude or mean and I am not trying to be either . i understand you are not planning to talk TO the big person but ABOUT THEM to someone else. why is important to point out that they are fat? Does the other person not know? Or wouldnt they know them by name? Why bring physical trait into the conversation at all? maybe kd u tell us more we can helo you find the right word. like if you are a parent of said big person and want to talk to the coparent about your kid weight problems you would just say weight problems/ health concerns. If you need to desrcibe a person from a group to someone who deosnt know them you say “the bigger / heavy set girl/guy”.
