Can you imagine the distraction for his teammates?
I'd be furious if I was a teammate (the same with Deshaun Watson in Houston)
We've all worked with disgruntled workers before who do not want to be there - turns into a sh*tshow for everybody
I'm with you - get him out of there
He already turned down a contract offer that was set to make him the highest player in the NFL and he would have been wrapped up for like 5 years I believe. That's what I thought this was all about - he wanted to be the top paid player in the NFL - obviously not
Do your team a favor and get him out of there
Of course it sets a precedent that players on the team can strong arm upper management into doing whatever they desire - so there may the that to think about - i.e. as upper management you look weak for caving to a players demands .........you're supposed to be the boss - not the other way around...
