ESPN sure as fuck got their air time outta this bullshit thats for sure. Had quite a bit of people eating it up and obsessing over it. Hopefully he is in GB til he retires or if that's not the case Hopefully he gets control on where he goes after and GB doesn't fuck him over like they did Favre.
I can't wait for Rodgers to come on the Pat McAfee Show tomorrow and give a giant middle finger to folks.
They didn't always used to be this way which is sad. Not sure when it all changed but they just kept rephrasing the same story from months prior and disguising it as breaking news just so they could continue to talk about it for the week. Neither Rodgers or GB talked about the issue so ESPN had to create their own headlines. It made me lose a lot of respect for most of that network outside of MAYBE 5. The talking heads kept saying how they were "sick of talking about it" as if they're not the ones constantly bringing it up. Its likely not them though and probably management forcing them to talk about it all God damn day.
