No matter what industry -
Working with a Diva and Prima Donna is rather frustrating
It's always about them and not necessarily the team
Can be quite the distraction and wear on one's attitude after time causing a disgruntled environment
Based off these new, supposedly, contract issues too it seems like he’ll be able to opt out after next season. Basically meaning this is essentially a rebuilding yr for GB. They aren’t ready to start Jordan Love yet, so they are holding on to AR to bridge the gap to 2022. I don’t really know what is going through Rodgers head? Why would you want to do all this at 37? You have no time life to be playing games with your career. I know guys are gonna look at Brady and say hey that can be me. But Brady is the exception. Walking in his footsteps is gonna be nearly impossible. This is seemingly what Aaron wanted and got. Some input on some front office decisions (they're bringing Cobb back a best buddy of Rodgers) His 3rd year voided with no chance of franchise tagging A say so if/when he gets traded after this year to somewhere he wants to go. He simply wanted to get some control over his future. He saw how GB traded Favre. They asked him where he wanted to go. He said TB. GB then purposefully traded him to the Jets hence why Favre came ton MIN for revenge. This current front office are all under the same tree as that one. Rodgers likely saw the Love pick and saw the writing on the wall. He got out ahead of it instead of simply waiting for GB to possibly dick him over. Now he has got some control. They're basically all in for this year. Its SB or bust. After this year if Rodgers wants to be elsewhere is when they'll have to do a bit of rebuilding.
