And why do you think she won't be considered the GOAT? She has to accolades to back it up.

Hate to say it, but Biles elevation to GOAT status has a lot to do with the fact she’s an American.
As I understand it, it's mostly to do with the fact that she's had maneuvers named after her because she's the first ever to complete them in competition. I'm certainly no gymnastics expert, but from experts have explained, that's a pretty rare achievement.
