By the way, implying that The Burbs is better than any comedy movie ever from 1990 to 2019–and then claiming you’re not saying the movie is a masterpiece or anything—seems like a contradiction to me.
No contradiction, i'm just sayin' there isn't any comedies that have came out since, that are as good.
As far as straight up comedies go.
