Yeah, I would’ve supported a 2-4 year delay and then a recast. It was the way to go. Indeed but Disney has this weird phobia of missing deadlines (barring the pandemic). Very true. And it’s odd that more people didn’t see that cold hearted cynicism at work. The lack of recast was likely more about keeping this date than anything else.
