Who is the most overrated retired baseball player?

Honestly, I got back into card collecting during the pandemic and I basically have a couple things I collect and one of them is Hall of Fame auto'd cards.

If you go on Ebay, the Lincecum cards are the same price if not more than many Hall of Famers. On reddit for exmaple, they treat Lincecum like he's a future HOFer. I've never seen anything like it. 

On the Giants radio broadcasts adn talk shows, they think he should be in the Hall. A guy who had 4 good seasons. Honestly, his second Cy I was shocked. I thought he would come in 3rd or 4th that year, I remember hearing he won it, I couldn't believe it.

No one treats Johan Santana like this yet he won 2 cy Youngs and had a way better career than Lincecum.
