09 Walter Pidgeon and Greer Garson---9 films together
09 Spenser Tracy and Katherine Hepburn - 9 films
09 Errol Flynn and Olivia de Havilland 8 films (all under Michael Curtiz)
17 Paul Newman and Joanne Woodward 17 (including those where Newman directed Woodward but did not perform in them)
What we'd be looking for for example is, if you started with William Powell, Myrna Loy would be next. But then next would be another person that worked with Loy 3 or more times....then someone who worked with that person 3 or more times etc etc
