I started a thread about this earlier. I have my doubts about this one because it feels rushed to me. But in Marvel I trust. If it feels rushed, that is likely because it was rushed... I don't think anyone would dispute that. Once Marvel and Sony saw the overwhelmingly positive reaction to Tom Holland, they decided to make a new Spider-Man movie a high priority for the studio(s). That said, the trailers don't look like a rushed production to me. It appears that even in the limited amount of time Sony and Marvel had - they pulled something together that looks and feels thoughtfully considered - to my eye. Does it have some flaws, yes? Some of the marketing and an over-reliance on Iron Man come to mind. That said, remember the huge negative outcry from fans after seeing Spider-Man at the end of the Civil War trailer? Oh boohoohoo, the costume is all wrong. Boohoohoo, why are the eyes expressive? It's a Deadpool rip-off. Boohoohoo, he looks too animated. And then Civil War came out, and we got our socks knocked right the fuck off. Hoping for something similar here... SaveSaveThat why I said: In Marvel I trust
