Homicidal certainly did. I actually think the backstory in Homicidal is more interesting. Everything that leads up to the twist is less interesting though.

Psycho is one of the most influential movies in history. Dressed to Kill is probably the most famous rip-off, though I'd call Dressed to Kill a homage more than a rip-off.
