While I "fell off" of my routine during lock-down, I'm starting to get back to walking for about 40 minutes, or so. For me, that's a little more than 2 miles. I'm retired, so I have the time in the morning. I've heard that drinking a large glass of water in the morning is good for you system. It's said that it "wakes up your organs." Whether that's gospel, or "hooey," I'm not sure. But, a glass of water, certainly, wouldn't hurt you. I'm pretty consistent at it. Thanks divtal, sounds good to me. I've also been reading about good things that happen with water fasting, especially when reaching autophagy. I almost made it 2 days, not easy. I like your routine, thanks for sharing
