I would probably pick Jigsaw since he's been around long enough. I've never seen the first Terrifier (and apparently a second one is on the way) but I love the design for its villain Art the Clown.
Art is scary as hell so that's a good spot. Watch him alone in 'Terrifier' at night, in total darkness with the sound design amplified as it should be. He's nasty as they come.
