There's plenty of room, but horror has trended away from slasher movies so most of the new iconic characters aren't going to be slashers. I would say that Sam from Trick R Treat qualifies as a slasher and costumes, toys, and merchandise of that guy are sold all over the place. Yes, the movie came out well over ten years, but the movie also gains more popularity every year.
