When I was a young adult (late teens-early twenties) I was normally getting up around 4.30am (sometimes earlier) for work . I loved it , and generally worked to dusk . I would normally eat porridge (with milk , sugar and bananas) . I also liked bacon & eggs but it took too long to make when half awake in the morning . But with each decade , I got a little slower . In my fifties , I looked back on my routine and hated slowing up . But that's purely just the physical slowdown of age . If I had some spare time like late afternoon , I would go for a walk . And if you're still in your late 20's to early 40's you could take up some sport or join a sports club or a gym .
