Don't use it at home and only in the office because of the presence of co-workers.
I've always been a fresh air person and prefer an open window. Find it healthier. I have a fan at the house and I roll the windows down in the car. Unlike most people, I love a good strong wind and will go for a walk whenever a gale is a-blowing.
