Have you ever seen people do virtue signaling before?

Virtue signaling, to me, is just slacktivism for the sake of drawing attention to how morally superior you are without actually impacting anything. Example: The people boohooing and the song "Baby It's Cold Outside" around the holidays each year. I could name you 10 other songs off the top of my head that get played regularly that are more sexist. Cancelling a 60-year-old song only played at the holidays does nothing for women or addressing rape culture, but the people complaining about it can feel good about it without actually confronting anyone.
