Casino Royale had a gunfight in a sinking city, a black Spiderman jumping off buildings and cranes, Bond at the last second swerving his car missing Vesper tied to the road, a plane almost being blown up, planes sucking police cars off the ground and you think that wasn't over the top action. Lol.
