My all-time favorite: SPLENDOR IN THE GRASS, because it changed my life forever.
As for the best film, I could name many contenders, but I can't limit myself to only one. The older I get the harder it is to think of any one film as being the best. But there are a legions of great and influential films that are certainly among the best.
